So I hadn't seen much animated movies this year. I only saw The Lorax and Brave, both of which I really liked but probably not enough to be completely satisfied. Heck, all of my favorite movies this year were live-action (Avengers, Moonrise Kingdom, Batman, Prometheus, yada yada yada), which is odd because the years before that I was extremely passionate about all animated movies. I still am, but this year has felt a little lackluster to me when it came to animation. I know that there is Pirates! and Paranorman, two movies that have been getting extraordinary feedback, but I couldn't see either. I couldn't see Pirates! because no one I knew wanted to see it with me, and Paranorman because I'm raised

Top 5 Disney Villain DeathsKind of a sadistic countdown list, but most people do this, actually. Disney knows EXACTLY how to off their most notorious bad guys, even if they're not killed right there, that being left for a sequel or spin-off. This is my own take on villain deaths from the Disney franchise. So, if you're unaware of why this is a big deal, then you've never heard of the Legend of Zelda and we've lost one strand of respect for you. Same thing goes for if your first thought for this journal is "Duurrrr SKyrim is better." then f*ck off -3-

Why this is such a big deal is because of the creation of the games seem to not have any canon order to them; games would be made and people would ask "where is this in the list of events" kind of like the Castlevania timeline (only that's 100 times more easier because they make it obvious!)
So. Finally after all this time, they've made a timeline that makes sense and puts all the games into proper prospect.
And it goes as follows.
The reason why people are confused is because everything splits in the timeline at The legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. People always thought that either the timeline was split into two, or a horrid linear pattern.
